Job Description:

A leading, well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices in Birmingham, Leicester, and Nottingham is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to join their expanding health and safety team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven individual looking to work across a diverse range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and government-led developments.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering CDM advisory services
Leading on Principal Designer duties
Mentoring junior colleagues
Engaging with stakeholders
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Embedding health and safety from project inception

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in CDM or Construction H&S
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
TechIOSH or above (essential)
APS Membership (IMaPS or CMaPS desirable)
Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
Confident communicator with a consultancy mindset
