Job Description:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior CDM Consultant to join one of the UK’s most established and respected multi-disciplinary consultancies, based in Derby. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-profile public and private sector projects – from commercial and education schemes to complex infrastructure developments. You’ll be joining a business that combines technical excellence with a people-first culture and a genuine commitment to professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations
Delivering high-level CDM and health & safety advice to clients and design teams
Preparing and reviewing construction phase plans and pre-construction information
Managing client relationships and supporting business development activity
Mentoring and developing junior consultants.

Requirements:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
CMaPS / IMaPS (or working towards)
Proven experience in CDM and Principal Designer roles within construction consultancy
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
A proactive and commercially aware approach.
