Senior Business Intelligence Developer

• design, development, deployment, and maintenance of high-quality Tableau dashboards and reports
• translate complex business requirements into effective, interactive data visualizations
• optimize dashboard performance and ensure reliability
• develop and manage ETL pipelines to build robust data lakes
• collaborate closely with IT teams for infrastructure forecasting data and hardware processes
• support diverse data needs and reporting requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and/or Data Engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop, Server, Prep)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• advanced SQL skills: proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing query performance
• solid understanding of data modeling principles, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehouse concepts
• experience with Python and Shell scripting for data extraction
• knowledge of Java to support and enhance custom-built ETL frameworks
• strong knowledge of working with diverse data sets
• understanding of the complete IT landscape, including systems, applications, database, networking, physical, and cloud architecture
• exceptional communication skills, with a consultative approach
• ability to ingest, adapt to, and integrate new technologies and protocols on demand
• navigating complex enterprise policies, organizations, and differing agendas
• resourceful, creative, and innovative problem-solving
• working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques and methods
• ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
• bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience
