Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Development Coordinator to support the operations and workflow of our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being an integral part of a collaborative team. The individual will assist senior professionals by ensuring seamless administrative coordination, organization, and communication across the department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development team, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, and call preparation
  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems
  • support data hygiene, tracking, and ongoing reporting
  • Help prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with the Events Team on logistics, materials, and administrative tasks related to conferences, roadshows, and industry events
  • Support the onboarding and organization of new client and prospect information
  • Facilitate internal communication across teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth departmental operations
  • Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks as assigned by senior team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of professional administrative experience, ideally in financial services, asset management, or a similar corporate environment
  • Superior technical aptitude and digital-native comfort level essential for success in our highly tech-enabled, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and handling time-sensitive requests
  • Strong customer service mindset and collaborative attitude
