Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in leading projects within the Capital Markets domain. This role will involve working on large-scale big data platform projects, where you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing end to end project implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data management, specifically within capital markets, and experience in driving high-impact data initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for complex projects
collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs
work with technology teams to design and implement solutions
develop and execute test cases
facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations
contribute to the development and implementation of data controls and governance frameworks
support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing capital markets systems
stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
define, manage, and track data project timelines
work with cross-functional teams to implement data lake architectures
provide detailed reports on data quality metrics, project status, and any risks or issues

Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
at least 3 years focused on projects in the Capital Markets domain
strong experience in implementing data control frameworks
proven experience managing data projects
excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts
familiarity with data management tools, big data platforms, and reporting tools
strong ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
strong analytical skills with the ability to review and solve complex data-related issues

Nice to have:

Experience working in Agile environments
relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
Master's degree
