Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Building Surveyor in London. This role emphasizes traditional surveying duties, contract administration, and professional services across multiple sectors. Job Responsibility:

refurbishment projects
contract administration
professional services
supporting client relationship development
contributing to internal mentoring and graduate development
managing key accounts

Requirements:

MRICS qualified for at least 3 years
degree in Building Surveying or a related field
strong experience in professional and project-based building surveying duties
capable of managing multiple workstreams across sectors
excellent client-facing and communication skills
confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
ability to mentor and support graduate surveyors
a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
