Job Description:

A client of mine, a long-established multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation across the built environment, are keen to speak with a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join their London office. Offering the successful Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to work within a high-performing Building Surveying team, this role comes with a strong emphasis on traditional surveying duties, contract administration, and a full range of professional services across a variety of sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Take on a broad range of instructions, including refurbishment projects, contract administration, and professional services
Support client relationship development
Contribute to internal mentoring and graduate development
Work with a variety of clients across sectors, providing expert advice, managing key accounts, and delivering both project-based and professional work with minimal supervision

Requirements:

MRICS qualified for at least 3 years
Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
Strong experience in professional and project-based building surveying duties
Capable of managing multiple workstreams across sectors
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
Ability to mentor and support graduate surveyors
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
