This is a maternity cover role for the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, responsible for leading strategic brand marketing initiatives targeted at elevating Marriott's presence across focus markets. The position involves managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns, collaborating with various stakeholders, and analyzing campaign performance. It also includes managing agency relationships, staying updated with industry trends, and optimizing strategic brand partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Manages execution of upper funnel, brand marketing integrated campaigns and initiatives across Marriott Bonvoy, Premium & Select Brands in APEC
partners with stakeholders across local market teams, brand management, PR, Media, and preferred media, creative, influencer and research agencies
tracks and analyzes the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives
leads always-on influencer strategy and execution across APEC
manages agency relationships, content development, and performance tracking
monitors brand health of focus brands
analyzes campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels
conducts ad-hoc research to fill in gaps in consumer understanding
stays abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
provides brand marketing support for new hotel openings, key brand programming moments, and tactical initiatives across the portfolio
develops and manages the brand marketing budget
identifies and manages strategic brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
B2C brand marketing experience preferably in lifestyle, or consumer brands
over 7 years of work experience, with two or more years of managerial experience preferred
experienced in managing external creative, media, influencer or research agencies to ensure strategic alignment, high quality output and timely execution
experienced in a regional role, with the ability to work effectively across different geographies, cultures and matrixed teams
budget management skills to manage brand marketing funds, optimizing resources to maximize results to objectives
ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and manage multiple streams of work
excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
demonstrated ability to project manage complex initiatives from conception to successful execution.
