We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Permanent Bookkeeper to join the team in a newly developed role. This position will serve as a key finance backup and support the company's multiple entities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-changing environment and comes with previous with Payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivables and reconciliations in the Construction Industry.
Job Responsibility:
Manage weekly payroll for three divisions (approximately 80-100 employees) - salaried, hourly, and unionized employees in Ontario
Manage journal entries and bank reconciliations for multiple company entities
Support month-end reporting
Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
Requirements:
Construction industry experience is required
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Adaptability - open to changes in a fast-paced environment
