Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in winning work, leading project teams, and building strong client relationships across our advisory services. As a Senior Associate, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, contributing directly to business growth while supporting the successful delivery of projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and contributing to high-quality tenders, proposals and submissions
  • Supporting business development activities and actively contributing to winning new work
  • Managing and coordinating project teams to deliver outcomes to scope, time and quality
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and inform strategic decisions
  • Bringing creativity, innovation and fresh thinking to proposals, project delivery and client solutions
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:

  • 15+ years demonstrated experience in tender writing, proposals or business development within a professional services or advisory environment
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly analytical mindset, combined with creative and innovative thinking
  • The ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Possess a degree qualification, underpinning knowledge and skills
