Strong identity security and access controls are vital to the security and operational resilience of Pfizer. We are seeking a Senior Associate, QA Tester to join our ISAM organization. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, DevOps-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of problem solving and combines business analysis skills with strong testing capabilities, ensuring requirements are well-defined, traceable, and validated through automated testing approaches. This position will play a critical role in supporting, testing, and enhancing our identity and access management solutions, including both legacy platforms and modern technologies like SailPoint, Ping, and CyberArk.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate requirements into test cases, acceptance criteria, and user stories
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using modern tools (qTest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for ISAM solutions
Partner with developers and product owners to identify defects early and ensure timely resolution
Support UAT and ensure test coverage aligns with business priorities
Maintain test frameworks, reporting dashboards, and automation pipelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Tester, or hybrid role within software delivery teams
2+ years of hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
Experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, etc.)
Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
ISTQB or similar testing certifications
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
