Job Description:

As a Product Manager on the Bank Data Team, you’ll be joining a passionate team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to create the real time, intelligent, Bank of the future. To make this future a reality, you will be responsible for building and executing the strategy to modernize how we publish and consume data at Capital One.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and executing the strategy to modernize how we publish and consume data at Capital One
  • Working across the Bank to understand where we are now and where we need to go
  • Defining the central data strategy for Retail Bank
  • Delivering data platforms that will drive how we embrace emerging technologies and power our business agenda

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences
  • At least 2 years of experience working on the core product platforms that power digital experiences
  • At least 2 years of digital industry experience for consumers
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

Nice to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process
  • MBA
  • Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and other data infrastructure
