Job Description:

This role offers the chance to join an entrepreneurial corporate team that is nationally ranked among the top three for M&A activity across all UK regions. The team are also recognised specialists in the Health & Social Care and Dental sectors, operating at the cutting edge of industry developments. You’ll be part of a dynamic group of six solicitors in Birmingham, working closely with supportive Partners and senior colleagues across the national practice.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad mix of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations
Collaborating closely with colleagues across the national team to share insights and drive high standards
Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and growth
Mentoring and supporting junior team members, as well as helping to maintain a cohesive, positive team culture

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally from a well-regarded commercial firm
Solid transactional experience and a strong understanding of corporate advisory work
A confident, collaborative approach to managing clients and internal relationships
Excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and a detail-oriented mindset
Someone who’s ambitious, proactive, and eager to be part of a team that’s scaling fast
