A senior-level corporate lawyer role focused on managing cross-border M&A, private equity deals, and joint ventures within a leading international law firm based in Dubai.

Job Responsibility:

Managing cross-border M&A (public & private), private equity deals, reorganisations, and joint ventures in various sectors including consumer & retail, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, education, and TMT
regional travel depending on client requirements.

Requirements:

Experience running and managing transactions with minimal supervision
managing junior lawyers
Commonwealth qualified
6-8 PQE mark.
