Job Description:

A top-tier international law firm seeks a Senior Associate for their Dubai office to focus on contentious construction matters, with exposure to non-contentious/project work. Candidates will work on disputes in the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors throughout the region.

Job Responsibility:

Assist a broad range of clients including contractors, energy companies, and government entities
Handle disputes arising from energy, infrastructure projects (airports, rail & road), and real estate development projects

Requirements:

Common law qualified
Extensive disputes experience in the construction/infrastructure sector
Knowledge of arbitration
Experience with contentious construction matters

Nice to have:

Exposure to non-contentious/project work
