Job Description:

This team handles a range of disputes including on/offshore litigation (ADGM and DIFC) and international arbitrations in real estate, O&G, technology, financial services, M&A/JV shareholder disputes and some work in the construction sector amongst others. They also handle some investigation work.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a range of disputes including on/offshore litigation (ADGM and DIFC) and international arbitrations in real estate, O&G, technology, financial services, M&A/JV shareholder disputes and some work in the construction sector
Handling some investigation work

Requirements:

Common law qualified candidate with over 6 years’ PQE in the disputes area
Ideally have some regional experience (particularly with ADGM and DIFC disputes)

Nice to have:
