Job Description:

The consultant will work within an Application Support team responsible for all production activity relating to the Asset Liability Management and Treasury business. Involves technical and functional skills.

Job Responsibility:

Assist FO and MO users in their day-to-day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents
Perform the first level of incident investigation
Act as single point of contact for any user-related topics and coordinate different actors when addressing transversal issues
Understand business issues and business impacts
Continuous training on Business knowledge to maintain service level

Requirements:

SQL Server
Oracle and Sybase
Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server
Python
Database: ORACLE/MYSQL/SYBASE
ServiceNow/ticketing tools
Fluent in English
