Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Appian Engineer with deep technical expertise and leadership experience in complex Appian projects. The ideal candidate will join our Appian development team, support multiple environments, and contribute to the implementation of new project scopes.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to define business processes
Gather and analyze functional and technical system requirements
Design and implement BPM-based solutions using Appian software
Identify additional business process opportunities for automation
Ensure adherence to internal delivery processes and standards
Develop and implement solutions using Appian
Create technical designs and write detailed specifications
Participate in product testing and validation of delivered solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience with BPM solutions (Appian or similar)
Strong consulting skills, including process mapping
Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, RDBMS)
Proficiency in Java (Core 7+)
Familiarity with JSON and similar data structures (e.g., XML)
Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment

Nice to have:

Experience with IDEs such as IntelliJ or Eclipse
Knowledge of additional technologies: SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, RESTful APIs
Strong troubleshooting skills from a development perspective
Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams
