Job Description:

PagerDuty is hiring a Senior Anaplan Administrator to play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing Anaplan models to support business planning processes within the finance organization. The role involves collaborating with teams like FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Operations to provide technical support, build new models, and enhance existing systems for user-friendly experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Implement enhancements and new features to existing models based on user feedback and changing business needs
create visualizations and dashboards to automate and standardize recurring reports
translate existing spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan models
conduct regular model maintenance and ensure data integrity
identify and troubleshoot model issues, providing technical support and recommending solutions
develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
provide training to others as needed

Requirements:

Previous hands-on experience (2+ years) in Anaplan model building and end-to-end Anaplan deployment experience
strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, capabilities and limitations, complex formula logic as well as financial and business planning processes
experience with system design, testing, implementation, and end user support/training
ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities

excellent attention to detail
3+ years of previous experience in a Finance, Operations, IT (or equivalent) role and understanding of how the overall department works/functions
