Job Responsibility:

  • Own and elevate creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Design and deliver best-in-class video and static assets, from key visuals and motion pieces to thumbnails, end screens, hero assets & organic and paid media assets
  • Focus on producing assets with AI tools, defining workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale
  • Leveraging AI platforms to produce 100% of assets in creative production for paid & organic media, hero assets, landing page assets, editing and other adhoc requests
  • Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats using insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior
  • Set creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows
  • Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, creative direction, and guidance on both craft and AI usage

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video, AI production, ideally in fast-paced or performance-driven environments
  • Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end, from concept to execution and iteration, leveraging AI tools to achieve the best outcome in assets
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions impact results
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as: Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation
  • Experienced in integrating AI into everyday workflows
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Based in Madrid
