Senior Administrator role joining a small team of 7 in the York office for a public-sector organisation. Temporary contract until the end of 2025 with possibility to extend. Full time (37 hours, Monday-Friday) with hybrid working after training completion.
Job Responsibility:
Answering the phone and dealing with queries
Managing the regional inbox and responding to queries
Running reports and updating spreadsheets
Facilitating meetings and assessment/recruitment days
Supporting onboarding
Requirements:
Strong Administration skills
Previous experience within public sector, regulatory or education environments would be ideal
Any HR duties would be advantageous
Capable of running reports and strong Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Strong IT skills
Ability to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
