Our client, a growing and purpose-driven non-profit organisation, is seeking a Senior Administrator to support the CEO and leadership team. The role includes managing the CEO's inbox, diary, and travel arrangements, preparing meeting agendas, overseeing office supplies, coordinating events, and assisting with the integration of new AI technology. This is a full-time position located in Coventry offering a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the CEO's inbox, diary, and travel arrangements
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
Create briefing documents and presentations
Oversee reception duties, meeting room bookings, and office supplies
Support planning of events, conferences, and team retreats
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination
Assist with onboarding and integration of new AI technology
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior administrative role or as a Personal Assistant
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and document systems
Discreet and professional with a commitment to confidentiality
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to support others
