Senior Accountant

• Provide support for audit processes, including interpreting audit requests and gathering relevant documentation
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, focusing on accounts such as assets, prepaids, and accrued expenses
• Compile annual royalty worksheets with guidance and assistance
• Assist with accounts receivable collections, including generating invoices and following up on outstanding payments
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Support payroll processing activities
• Prepare and post journal entries in NetSuite
• Contribute to month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
• Handle ad hoc financial tasks and reconciliations
• Participate in various finance and accounting projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proven ability to navigate online financial platforms to retrieve and organize records
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work independently
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems is preferred
• Must be available to work onsite in Boston, Massachusetts most of the time
