As a Senior / Principal Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and growing long-term customer relationships. You won’t just manage accounts – you’ll act as a Trusted Advisor, Challenger, and Growth Partner, driving commercial impact and ensuring customers unlock the full value of JOIN.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts as the main point of contact
  • Identify and understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Drive account expansion through proactive up- and cross-selling opportunities
  • Lead consultative conversations, run needs analyses, and deliver persuasive presentations from recruiter level to C-suite
  • Use Hubspot to manage pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities with a data-driven approach
  • Proactively prevent churn through strong stakeholder engagement and account strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a strong commercial focus (ideally in SaaS or Tech)
  • Proven track record in account growth and measurable revenue impact
  • Sales drive: you spot opportunities, close deals, and expand accounts with confidence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style – you take ownership and deliver results
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to turn business challenges into solutions
  • Intrinsically motivated and hungry to make a difference
