Job Responsibility:
Craft and execute a go-to-market strategy for your territory, experimenting and pivoting as needed to overcome challenges
Engage with trust & safety professionals to secure new business in your target verticals
Leverage your creativity to generate a robust pipeline and connect with customers where they are
Manage inbound leads from demand generation and channel partners, driving them to successful closes
Consistently achieve revenue targets using modern sales techniques and processes
Innovate and refine our approach to penetrating new vertical markets
Contribute directly to Checkr's growth and success as a key member of the Checkr Trust team
Requirements:
5-7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A proven track record of exceeding targets, especially in startup settings
Experience with first-to-market solutions and closing six-to-seven figure deals
A willingness to tackle hard challenges
A love for pipeline generation
A growth mindset, always eager to learn, adapt, and seek feedback
Strong communication skills and a reputation for grit and resilience
