Job Responsibility:
Inclusion Support: Assist students with SEND (including ADHD, Autism, and Speech & Language needs) to engage with their lessons
Behaviour Mentoring: Work with students who face social and emotional challenges, helping them stay on track and build confidence
Collaboration: Partner with classroom teachers to modify learning materials and ensure every student feels included
Personal Development: Run small-group interventions to improve literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Requirements:
Background in youth work, care, sports coaching, or education is preferred
A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a high level of resilience
Ability to communicate effectively with students who may have complex needs
Available for full-time hours (Mon-Fri) during term time
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
