SEN Teaching Assistant: Make a Difference Every Day! Are you passionate about working with children and making a real impact? We're looking for enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join an amazing team at a school dedicated to supporting autistic children. Job Responsibility:

Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support student learning
Student Champion: Provide individualized support, helping students with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every student

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference
A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others
A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support students
GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above)
A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
Access to your own transport
