SEN Teaching Assistant

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Eastbourne who are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. The role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs across KS1 and KS2, working both 1:1 and in small groups. The school has a strong SENCO presence and places a high value on consistency, structure and positive relationships. This position would suit a Teaching Assistant who is patient, proactive, and confident supporting pupils with varying needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs.
