SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant – St Leonards. Long-term, Full-time | Start Date: January or February | £90 per day. I am seeking a long-term SEN Teaching Assistant role in St Leonards within a primary school that understands the importance of consistency, patience, and clear support structures for both pupils and staff. This role is based in an inclusive primary school with a strong SEN provision and a proactive SENCO. The focus is on building trust with pupils, supporting emotional regulation, and helping children access learning in a calm and structured way. Staff are supported with clear strategies, realistic expectations, and regular communication.
