Job Description:

A fantastic Primary School in the Borough of Hounslow is searching for multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to join their diverse and progressive team. The school is recognised for being one of the best Primary Schools situated within Hounslow for both pupils and staff and is looking to support in kickstarting your education career.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a variety of SEN: Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD and behavioural difficulties
1:1 and group support – In and out of the classroom
Working across either EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Working alongside a range of professionals and SENCO
Attending weekly training sessions
Increasing the quality of learning for both staff and pupils

Requirements:

Degree from a reputable University
Outgoing, forward-thinking and creative personality
Willingness to learn and get stuck in multiple roles
Strong understanding of SEN required
Previous SEN experience in either a working or personal level would be desirable, but not essential

Nice to have:

Previous SEN experience in either a working or personal level
