Job Description:

This rewarding opportunity seeks enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team at a school. Your contributions will directly help students with diverse needs learn, grow, and develop their potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support student learning
  • Provide individualised support, helping students with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
  • Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every student

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference
  • A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others
  • A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support students
  • A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
