Job Description:

An opportunity to work as an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant at a well-respected school with a focus on providing personalized support to children with SEN, supporting their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with SEN coordinators and classroom teachers to deliver personalised support

Requirements:

Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting
Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, behavioural management, and personalised learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learner needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
