Sen teaching assistant

• Work closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to provide 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs
• Help students access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop independence in a safe and nurturing environment

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English - Grade C/4 or above
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
• Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or care setting)
• A compassionate and adaptable attitude
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in managing behaviour calmly and effectively

Relevant SEN or childcare qualifications are a plus
