Job Description:

Make a Difference Every Day - Support Children with Additional Needs! As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to provide 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs. These may include: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, Learning difficulties, Emotional or behavioural challenges. You will play a vital role in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to provide 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs
Help students access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop independence in a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English - Grade C/4 or above
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
Relevant SEN or childcare qualifications are a plus
