SEN Teaching Assistant

• Deliver individualised and small group interventions tailored to specific learning and behavioural needs
• Work collaboratively to bring personalised learning strategies to life
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, positive, and structured classroom setting
• Support the overall teaching and learning process, including administrative assistance and student progress tracking

• Minimum of six months professional experience as an SEN TA in a UK school
• Demonstrated compassion, resilience, and excellent communication skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Current Enhanced DBS clearance is required
