Job Description:

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant role at a well-established Inner London school dedicated to high-quality SEN provision and inclusion. Opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environment focused on pupil wellbeing and personalised learning.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expert support to children with Special Educational Needs
Contribute to academic progress and emotional wellbeing
Collaborate closely with SEN coordinators and classroom teachers to deliver personalised support
Day-to-day cover and short-term assignments

Requirements:

Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting
Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, behavioural management, and personalised learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learner needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
