Job Description:

We're looking for a resilient and confident SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a busy primary school. This is a temporary / long-term role with weekly pay, offering the chance to make a real difference every day!

Job Responsibility:

  • Support pupils with SEN and behavioural needs across KS2
  • Assist with classroom engagement, learning, and behaviour management
  • Work closely with teachers to implement strategies for individual pupils
  • Be proactive, hands-on, and fully involved in daily school life

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant / SEN TA
  • Can confidently manage challenging behaviour
  • Is patient, calm, and resilient under pressure
  • Is reliable, punctual, and committed to making a real difference
