Job Description:

A warm and inclusive primary school in the Borough of Hackney is searching for a SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:2 Support to join their fantastic EYFS (Reception) team. This full-time role starts September 2025 and continues for the full academic year.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting ASC pupils in EYFS/Reception
Personal care responsibilities
Working closely with the SENCO

Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 Degree
Genuine passion for SEN and early childhood development
Understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition, especially in EYFS
Comfortable supporting with personal care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Patient, calm, and nurturing mindset
