We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school community. Let's work together to inspire, support and empower every learner! This beautiful school in Kidderminster, offers a vibrant learning environment, top-tier education and a strong focus on student success and a comfortable environment for the staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting students with a range of SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or physical needs)
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists and SENCOs
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in UK
  • Enhanced DBS or willing to get new one
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • A calm, nurturing and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A real passion for helping children reach their full potential
