Job Description:

A highly regarded secondary school located in the Borough of Hounslow is seeking a graduate with strong academics and a passion for working with children with SEND/SEMH needs to join their fantastic team of teaching staff. This is the perfect opportunity for psychology and sociology graduates looking to pursue a career in educational psychology, mental health, childcare, therapy and many more!

Job Responsibility:

Providing support to class teachers within the classroom
Assisting children with SEND/SEMH needs 1:1 and in small groups
Supporting pupils in and out of lessons (KS3, KS4, KS5)
Monitoring and recording interventions
Setting targets for individuals to work towards

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, confident individual with a 'can-do' attitude
A graduate from a reputable university
Highly motivated and passionate about working with children
Experience with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
