Job Responsibility:
Teaching Maths and/or English up to GCSE level

Building positive relationships with students
Managing challenging behaviours with a calm, professional, and empathetic approach
Contributing to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Participating in school meetings

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Relevant Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience working with students with SEMH needs
Proven experience teaching Maths and/or English to GCSE level
Strong classroom management
Excellent communication skills
Deep understanding of child development and SEMH
