We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, adaptable leader to join our team as a Security Services Supervisor / Relieving Site Manager based across multiple locations. In this role, you will gain exposure to multiple sites, learning their operations, and stepping in to relieve Site Managers as required. You will work closely with Service Managers to support teams, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain smooth operational delivery. Job Responsibility:
Support Site Managers by stepping in to oversee operations across multiple sites as required
Learn the ins and outs of multiple locations to ensure consistent service delivery
Proactively manage staff, schedules, and rostering to meet client expectations
Maintain strong internal and client relationships, escalating issues and feedback efficiently
Oversee all aspects of security and operational activities, including asset protection, access control, and crowd management in line with client requirements
Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and operational updates within set timeframes
Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work independently or lead a team in the field, depending on site needs
Requirements:
Security Licence (NSW 1A)
First Aid and CPR Certificate (current)
NSW RSA Card (current)
Full NSW Driver’s Licence
Previous experience in a supervisory or relief management role preferred
Experience in rostering, planning, and team coordination
Strong stakeholder management skills
Thorough understanding of compliance and regulations
Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Proactive, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running
