Job Responsibility:
Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing communications for the site, including phone, radio, and electronic messaging systems
Dispatch security-related personnel and resources to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance within the manufacturing and industrial location
Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by site-specific policies
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific protocols
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed
Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points through dispatch systems and reporting any irregularities
Support regular and random patrols by coordinating patrol schedules and tracking patrol activities, helping to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity
Communicate important information and updates to Allied Universal management and site leadership in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree
Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
