Job Responsibility

Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, dispatching security-related personnel as needed to various incidents and requests
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with all involved parties
Maintain detailed logs and records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities for the location
Assist security-related personnel by providing information, support, and coordination during incidents and/or emergencies
Communicate with on-site staff and management to relay important updates and instructions as situations develop
Conduct regular checks of communication equipment and systems to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions
