Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the retail location
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and guidelines
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols
Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry
Support emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with site personnel and/or emergency services when appropriate
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of security-related incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies
