As a Security Guard - Retail Driver Part-Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed
  • Support access control measures and monitor entry and exit points in the location
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily duties
  • Conduct regular vehicle patrols throughout a retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence
  • Interacting with guests and staff, responding to incidents, and supporting a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
