We’re looking for a senior, multidisciplinary professional who can operate across risk, security, intelligence, crisis management, and travel security, and work transversally across teams, regions, and leadership levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of global corporate security, risk management, resilience, and duty of care frameworks, including policies, protocols, and processes
  • Support the design and implementation of crisis management processes across corporate functions and productions, ensuring clarity in roles, escalation, and decision-making
  • Deliver intelligence-led risk assessments and resilience reviews for productions, corporate functions, and travel-related activities, translating complex risks into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Advise leadership during crises and major incidents, ensuring coordinated responses, informed decision-making, and structured post-incident reviews
  • Strengthen travel security and duty of care frameworks, including risk assessments, traveler guidance, escalation protocols, and incident support
  • Contribute to Fever’s expansion by proactively identifying and mitigating risks linked to new geographies, markets, business models, and team mobility
  • Work transversally with teams across the business, helping to raise overall risk awareness and embed a strong resilience culture within Fever

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate security / intelligence / risk management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading crisis management in international or multi-regional organizations, ideally in fast-moving or high-exposure environments
  • Working in English is required
  • additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are highly valued
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations
  • High emotional intelligence and advanced communication skills, especially in sensitive or high-pressure scenarios
