Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Security Analyst II to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the security and compliance of AI-driven applications and systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help implement security frameworks and risk controls tailored to AI technologies while supporting enterprise-wide security initiatives. This is a remote position based in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate security measures into AI/ML models, pipelines, and applications
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments for AI systems, including generative AI models and data processing pipelines
  • Develop and enforce security policies and controls tailored to AI solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Define risk management strategies for AI systems, focusing on model validation, bias mitigation, and explainability
  • Work alongside legal, compliance, and data privacy teams to align AI practices with evolving regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate and deploy security tools designed for monitoring, model scanning, and safeguarding sensitive data
  • Provide training and support to enhance awareness of AI security best practices across the organization

Requirements:
