The Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
Job Responsibility:
Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products
Facilitate International Central Securities Depositaries settlements in the market for products such as medium term notes, warrants, European commercial paper
Swift payment to our international clients
Work to meet payment and market deadlines across multiple currencies and regions
Create efficiency through analysis of existing process flow and streamlining the process
Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed
recommend solutions to resolve complex issues
Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank
Provide informal guidance, and/or on the job training to new team members
Requirements:
Broad International Central Securities Depositaries settlement experience
Demonstrated comprehension of Treasury products and regulatory policies
Experience in Swift payment in multiple currencies to our international clients
