Section Manager, Administration and HR Section-1 is responsible for ensuring the local application of personnel rules and regulations for Airbus Helicopters Japan and Airbus Japan, as well as. He/She is also in charge of coordinating legal and administrative operations for both companies, as well as monitoring overall manpower planning. He/She oversees the operations and personnel of the the Administration &HR Section1 and also handles some HR Business Partner (HRBP) duties. He/She supports the planning, design, and implementation of Japan-wide HR policies, rules, and systems for Airbus in Japan, which are led by Head of Administration & HR . This role has broad responsibilities related to the overall operation of the company, including Governance. They handle a variety of tasks, such as work-style reform, improving the internal environment, managing supplies, planning and managing internal events, and health-related matters.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for internal document management of regulations, etc.
Document-related duties (business registration, company seals, etc.)
Planning and management of company-wide events and head office area events
Responsible for procurement, maintenance and management of equipment, apparatuses, tools, materials, consumables, products and tools specifications for Roppongi facility
Responsible for non-aeronautical / non-IT procurement budget and process for Roppongi facility(including management of Corporate contracts)
Coordinate the security and disaster prevention plans for Roppongi site
Overall BCP and Crisis Management for Japan
Coordinate with lawyers in case of legal action taken by the company, under the supervision of the Head of Admin.& HR
Coordinate weekly meetings, Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Shareholders meeting -related documents and preparations
Matters related to internal controls such as information security, document storage, E&C, etc.
Lead internal and external audit response for HR
Manage the evaluation, remuneration and training process of Roppongi employees, in coordination with the Head of Admin & HR
Develop and maintain the headcount plan of the entity, including the personnel expenses cost included in the OP, under the supervision of the Head of Admin.& HR
Report to the Head of Admin.& HR as well as headquarters on headcount status
Responsibility as HRBP in Roppongi
Plan, develop, and implement EVP, Engagement, and Retention Plans, in coordination with the Head of Admin & HR
Plan, define and manage the recruitment policy for permanent as well as contracted and temporary staff, in coordination with the Head of Admin & HR and Head of Admin.& HR in Kobe
Ensure all employees are treated fairly
Implement in Tokyo Roppongi the Health, Safety and Environment policy
Write and manage all SLAs related to the local implementation of the Airbus Group One-Roof policy
Responding to special requests from top management including MD
Collaboration with group HR especially APAC
Requirements:
University graduate or above in Business Administration, HR, Legal or related
Experience in managing teams
Stress tolerance: ability to multitask on time and under pressure
Smooth communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
English language skills (equivalent to 750 TOEIC points), overseas experience a plus
Ability to understand and respond with agility in a multicultural environment
Nice to have:
A total of 15 years experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources and administration-related work (human resources, labour affairs including attendance, legal affairs and administration, regulation management), with particular experience in the formulation of human resources systems and labour-management relations being a plus
Work experience as an HRBP
Experience in forecasting and managing HR and administration related costs
Experience negotiating with outsourced contractors
Knowledge of labour laws (e.g., payment of wages under the Labour Standards Act, 36 agreements on work, etc.)
Knowledge of general affairs-related laws such as the Fire Service Act and the Safety and Health Act
