Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ and modern Secondary School in the heart of Hounslow is seeking a Secondary Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP! This is a Long-Term and Full-Time role for at least the full academic year.

Job Responsibility:

Helping Class Teachers to deliver subject material across all core areas of the curriculum
Supporting students across the school on an academic basis
Assisting students with SEND/SEMH needs including ASD, ADHD and more in groups and on a 1:1 basis
Setting targets and helping students to achieve them

Requirements:

A passionate graduate with a desire to work with children at present and in the future
Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school environment
A significant understanding of SEND/SEMH needs – previous experience is desirable
An individual who is committed to the role for at least a full academic year
